The Keysight DSO81304A Infiniium is a 13-GHz bandwidth digital oscilloscope engineered for ultra-high-speed serial communication link characterization. With 4 channels, 40 GSa/s sample rate, and 1-128 Mpts record length, it delivers superior signal integrity for testing modern high-speed buses like Fibre Channel, Serial ATA, PCI-Express, and other 4 to 8.5 Gb/s systems with rise times faster than 50 ps.
