The Keysight 53230A-106 is a 6 GHz continuous wave microwave input channel upgrade for the 53230A frequency counter/timer. This option adds a dedicated microwave input channel with a front-panel Type-N connector, extending the instrument's frequency measurement capability from the standard 350 MHz to 6 GHz.
