The Keysight 1652B is a combined logic analyzer and oscilloscope designed for advanced digital system debugging and characterization. It extends the capabilities of the 1650B and 1651B by adding two 400 MSa/s digitizing oscilloscope channels, enabling time-correlated analysis of digital logic states, timing relationships, and analog signal behavior simultaneously.
