Keithley 6487/E Picoammeter/Voltage Source

Overview

The Keithley 6487 is a 5½-digit picoammeter/voltage source that improves on the Model 6485 with higher accuracy, faster rise times, and a high resolution 500V source. It provides a damping function for use with capacitive devices and can measure currents from 20fA to 20mA at speeds up to 1000 readings per second, with voltage sourcing from 200µV to 505V.
