Overview
The N1422A is a high value resistor box containing a 100 GΩ resistor designed to evaluate high resistance measurement capability of the B2985A and B2987A electrometers. Using an external voltage source, it can also be used to evaluate current measurement of the B2981A and B2983A Femto/Picoammeters. The device includes multiple connectors for versatile cable termination.
