Overview
The Tektronix 371A is a high-power programmable curve tracer used for DC parametric characterization of power semiconductors including thyristors, SCRs, and power MOSFETs. It is used in R&D for device characterization and SPICE parameter extraction, in manufacturing for quality verification and process monitoring, and for incoming inspection and failure analysis of power devices.
