Overview
The Rohde & Schwarz NGU411 is a four-quadrant source measure unit offering high precision power control in a compact 20W design. Like its higher-power siblings in the NGU series, the NGU411 features galvanically isolated floating channels with advanced measurement capabilities. With voltage output from -20V to +20V and current capability up to ±2A at voltages ≤10V, it is ideal for applications requiring precise voltage and current control, including semiconductor characterization, device testing, and battery simulation.
