The Rohde & Schwarz NGU201 is a two-quadrant source measure unit designed for advanced characterization and testing of devices with demanding dynamic power requirements. With fast load recovery time of less than 30 microseconds, high-speed data acquisition at 500,000 samples per second, and precision current measurement down to the nanoampere range, it excels at testing low-power wireless devices, IoT equipment, and other battery-powered applications.
