Overview
The MPI T40A-GSG-200 is a precision RF probe from the TITAN probe family, designed for accurate S-parameter measurements up to 40 GHz. It features MEMS-fabricated contact tips with perfectly matched 50 Ω characteristic impedance and a unique coplanar probe design that ensures excellent electrical characteristics. The probe delivers minimal skate on any pad metallization material, enabling accurate and repeatable measurements on small pads with extended probe lifetime.
