Overview

The MPI MP60L is a precision RF micropositioner designed for accurate and stable RF measurements in test and measurement applications. Built with full carbon-steel construction, it delivers superior positioning accuracy and stable contact over extended periods, making it ideal for RF probe placement on semiconductor devices and test wafers.

The MP60L is the left-hand variant of MPI's RF positioner series, featuring backlash-free operation and universal interface compatibility with all probe arms. Unified Z-direction control and ergonomic manual operation with a strong magnetic base enable fine probe placement for high contact quality and unsurpassed measurement results.
