The MPI AC2-2 is a wafer-level calibration substrate designed for accurate probe tip calibration of the MPI TITAN RF probe family with ground-signal-ground (GSG) configuration. It supports industry-standard calibration methods and covers a wide frequency range from 5 to 110 GHz, making it suitable for broadband RF characterization applications.
