Overview
The Keysight N4903B J-BERT is a high-performance serial bit error rate tester designed for R&D and validation teams characterizing devices with serial I/O ports from 150 Mb/s to 12.5 Gb/s, or up to 14.2 Gb/s with extended options. It provides the most complete jitter tolerance testing for embedded and forward-clocked receiver designs, enabling engineers to validate compliance with industry-standard serial bus specifications.
