Overview
Keysight N4375D is a single-mode lightwave component analyzer designed for electro-optical component characterization up to 26.5 GHz. Based on the proven 5222A series network analyzer platform with 2-port or 4-port configuration, it provides NIST-traceable S-parameter measurements for electro-optical components and is ideal for Radio over Fiber (RoF) and aerospace and defense applications.
The N4375D replaces the industry standard 8703A/B series and supports modulation frequencies up to 26.5 GHz at 1310 nm and 1550 nm wavelengths, or at custom wavelengths via external optical input. Combined with the optional N4691B electronic calibration kit, setup time is minimized, allowing focus on component development.
