The Keysight N4373D is a lightwave component analyzer designed for testing electro-optical components up to 67 GHz. This turn-key measurement solution is ideal for 56 Gbaud coherent transmission, Radio over Fiber (RoF), and aerospace and defense (A&D) electro-optical testing applications. The N4373D is traceable to international standards and provides guaranteed specifications for electro-optical responsivity S-parameter measurements.
