Overview
The Keysight N1268A Ultra High Voltage Expander Unit (UHVU) is used with the Keysight B1505A Power Device Analyzer/Curve Tracer to characterize high power devices such as IGBTs. It extends the measurement capability to ultra-high voltages, providing accuracy and flexibility for breakdown testing of power semiconductors.
