Overview
The Keysight CX1103A is a dedicated low-side current sensor for the CX3300 series with the widest standalone measurement bandwidth in the series at 200 MHz. It measures dynamic currents from 100 picoamperes to 20 milliamperes using offset adjustable transimpedance technology. The sensor's outer conductor connects to circuit common for low-side measurements, enabling measurement of small waveforms superimposed on relatively large DC bias currents with minimal burden voltage.
