Overview

The Keysight B1530A Waveform Generator/Fast Measurement Unit (WGFMU) is a specialized module for the B1500A Semiconductor Parameter Analyzer designed for ultra-fast IV, pulsed IV, and transient IV measurements. It integrates arbitrary waveform generation with simultaneous high-speed measurement capabilities, using Keysight's proprietary dynamic SMU technology to eliminate load-line effects that plague traditional pulse generator and oscilloscope combinations.
