Overview
The Keysight B1511A is a medium-power source/monitor unit (MPSMU) for the B1500A semiconductor parameter analyzer. It integrates precise voltage/current sourcing and measurement capabilities for accurate characterization of semiconductors, nano devices, and passive components. The B1511A supports both DC current-voltage (IV) and quasi-static capacitance-voltage (QS-CV) measurements with femtoampere-level measurement sensitivity.
