Overview
The optional Keithley Model 4225-RPM Remote Amplifier/Switch is designed to extend the capabilities of the Model 4225-PMU module. It provides four additional low current measurement ranges with sensitivity down to tens of picoamps, enabling characterization of ultra-low current devices and processes. The module also reduces cable capacitance effects and supports automatic switching between the 4225-PMU, 4210-CVU, and other SMU modules in the chassis.
