Overview
The Keithley 4211-SMU is a High Power Source/Measure Unit designed for I-V characterization of devices and materials. It is engineered to make very sensitive low current measurements while sourcing or sweeping DC voltages. With optional 4200-PA Preamp configuration, it delivers stable low current measurements even in applications with high test connection capacitance, making it an ideal module for the configurable Model 4200A-SCS Parameter Analyzer controlled through Clarius+ software.
