Overview
The Panametrics PT900 is a portable, non-invasive ultrasonic flowmeter designed for temporary and permanent flow rate measurements in pipes. It uses patented Correlation Transit-Time technology to measure velocity, volume, mass, energy, and total flow in a wide range of pipe sizes and materials. The system consists of a compact flow transmitter, wireless Android tablet interface, and easy-to-install clamping fixture.
The PT900 is engineered for versatility and ease of use, suitable for most pipe sizes (standard 0.5 to 24 inches, optional up to 300 inches) and materials including metals and plastics. It measures acoustically conductive liquids including clean water, wastewater, cooling water, ultrapure water, and many hydrocarbons and chemicals.
