The Newport Electronics FMA-A2309 is a thermal mass flow controller designed for precise gas flow regulation up to 10 SLM (standard liters per minute). This low-cost solution utilizes thermal technology to provide stable, accurate flow control with excellent repeatability. The controller comes standard with a 5-point NIST calibration certificate.
