Overview

The Tektronix 80C08D is a broad wavelength optical sampling module providing comprehensive testing for high-speed datacom and telecom applications. Supporting a wavelength range of 700 to 1650 nm, the 80C08D is optimized for 10GbE, 40GbE (R4), 100GbE (X10), and 10G Fibre Channel testing. With its amplified optical-to-electrical converter design, the module delivers excellent signal-to-noise performance and high optical sensitivity, enabling analysis of low-power optical signals. Clock recovery is optionally available for any standard or user-defined rate between 9.8 and 12.6 Gb/s.
