Overview

The iFLOW-200 is a dedicated cold plate characterization system that automates the measurement of thermal and hydraulic performance. It measures pressure drop and temperature changes across a cold plate as a function of flow rate, eliminating tedious manual testing and enabling rapid evaluation of cooling designs.
