Overview

The Keysight N8954A is a 15 kW autoranging DC power supply from the N8900 Series, designed for demanding ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) and production test applications. The autoranging output characteristic enables unprecedented flexibility by delivering a wide range of voltage and current combinations at full power—500V at 90A, or proportionally lower currents at higher voltages—without the performance limitations of traditional rectangular output designs.
