The Keysight N6775A is a 300W programmable DC power module designed for flexible ATE systems and bench testing. It delivers 60V at up to 5A output with programmable voltage and current, measurement capabilities, and comprehensive protection features. The module supports fast up/down programming to keep pace with changing test requirements.

This module integrates into the N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System (1U high, up to 4 modules) or N6705 DC Power Analyzer. GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI compliance are standard across all mainframes.
