Overview

The Keysight N6766A is a 500W precision DC power module that delivers high voltage output with precise control and measurement capabilities. It provides low noise operation and enables simultaneous digitization of voltage and current with capture in an oscilloscope-like data buffer. The module features advanced precision specifications with 0.03% voltage accuracy and minimal ripple for demanding applications. This double-wide module integrates seamlessly into the N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System for automated test equipment (ATE) or the N6705 DC Power Analyzer for benchtop testing. All mainframe models include GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI compliance as standard.
