Keysight N6765A Precision DC Power Module

Overview

The Keysight N6765A is a 500W precision DC power module that provides low noise operation and precise control and measurement capabilities in the milliampere and microampere regions. It enables simultaneous digitization of voltage and current with an oscilloscope-like data buffer for waveform capture and analysis. This double-wide module integrates into the N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System for automated test equipment (ATE) or the N6705 DC Power Analyzer for benchtop testing. All mainframe models include GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI compliance as standard.
