The Keysight N6764A is a 300W precision DC power module that delivers low noise and precise control for milliampere and microampere measurements. It simultaneously digitizes voltage and current with oscilloscope-like data capture capabilities. The module is suitable for both automated test equipment (ATE) systems using the N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System and bench testing with the N6705 DC Power Analyzer.
