The Keysight N6763A is a 300W precision DC power module designed for high-performance testing with autoranging outputs and exceptional accuracy. This module is used in both the N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System for ATE applications and the N6705 DC Power Analyzer for bench testing. With autoranging outputs providing greater flexibility to adapt to changing test requirements, the N6763A eliminates the need for external multimeters through built-in measurement accuracy of 0.06%.
