Keysight N6752A Autoranging DC Power Module

Overview

The Keysight N6752A is a 100 W high-performance autoranging DC power module delivering fast programming speeds (10-50 times faster than conventional power supplies), low noise output, and high measurement accuracy. Designed for both automated test equipment (ATE) and bench testing applications, it combines programmable voltage outputs up to 60 V with the flexibility of autoranging current delivery. The optional high-speed test extension provides an oscilloscope-like digitizer for accurate measurement of high-speed transient or pulse events.
