Overview

The Keysight N6751A is a 50W high-performance autoranging DC power module that delivers superior speed and accuracy for test optimization. This module provides low noise output, high measurement accuracy of 0.06%, and programming speeds up to 10 to 50 times faster than conventional programmable power supplies.

Autoranging outputs provide maximum flexibility to adapt to changing test requirements, delivering higher current at more voltages. The module integrates into both the compact N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System for ATE applications and the N6705 DC Power Analyzer for bench testing. GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI compliance are standard.
