Overview

The Keysight N6741B is a 100W programmable DC power module designed for use in the N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System and N6705 DC Power Analyzer. This basic-performance module provides economical programmable voltage and current output with measurement and protection capabilities, making it suitable for powering devices under test or providing power for automated test equipment (ATE) system resources such as fixture control.

The module is housed in a single-slot form factor within 1U-high mainframes and features standard GPIB, LAN, USB, and LXI compliance. Keysight's N6700 series offers more than 20 different DC power modules with capabilities ranging from basic to high precision and power outputs from 20W to 500W.
