Overview

The Keysight N6733B is a 50 W basic DC power module for use in the N6700 Low-Profile Modular Power System or N6705 DC Power Analyzer. This single-range module provides programmable voltage and current with measurement and protection features, suitable for powering devices under test or ATE system resources such as fixture control. The N6733B operates at higher voltage with reduced current capability compared to other N6700 series modules, making it ideal for higher-voltage test applications.
