Overview

The Keysight N6731B is a 50 W programmable DC power module designed for use in the N6700 low-profile Modular Power System or the N6705 DC Power Analyzer. This basic DC module provides programmable voltage and current output along with measurement and protection features at an economical price point.

The module is suitable for powering devices under test (DUT) or ATE system resources, such as fixture control. As a single-width module, up to four N6731B units can be installed in a mainframe, making it ideal for multi-channel test systems requiring consistent 5V power.
