Overview

The Keysight B1514A is a 50 µs pulse medium current source/measure unit (MCSMU) designed for faster pulsed IV measurements of semiconductors and electronic devices. It enables pulsed measurements with pulse widths as narrow as 50 µs, providing up to 10 times faster pulsed characterization than conventional SMUs. The module is particularly useful for characterizing high to medium power devices manufactured from advanced materials such as SiC and GaN, as well as organic semiconductor devices.
