The Keysight B1511B is a medium power Source/Measure Unit (SMU) designed for accurate DC current-voltage characterization of semiconductor devices and components. It integrates high-precision voltage and current sourcing with measurement capabilities, achieving down to femtoampere and microvolt resolution.
