Overview
The Keithley 2280S-32-6 is a precision measurement, low-noise programmable DC power supply designed for both bench-top and automated test system applications. It delivers up to 192W of clean power with programmable output sequences, soft-key buttons, and a high-resolution TFT display. Unlike conventional power supplies, the 2280S can also make precision measurements with up to 6½ digits of resolution.
