Overview

The GW Instek PSW 40-54 is a single-output programmable switching DC power supply featuring multi-range capability with 40V/54A nominal output. The PSW-Series offers constant power output with flexible voltage and current combinations within the rated power range, enabling efficient power configuration for diverse applications. This model can be connected in series (up to 2 units) or parallel (up to 3 units) to achieve higher voltage or current output.

Designed specifically for battery testing and LED manufacturing, the PSW-Series includes CV/CC priority mode selection to protect devices under test from destructive inrush currents. Adjustable slew rate control provides smooth, controlled transitions in voltage and current during power-on and power-off sequences, preventing surge currents that could damage sensitive components.
