Overview

The GW Instek PHU 200-140 is a 10kW single-channel programmable DC power supply designed for laboratory and manufacturing testing applications. Utilizing SiC (silicon carbide) components, it delivers high power density in a compact 3U form factor, supporting voltage output of 200V and current output up to 140A. This power supply is ideal for testing photovoltaic systems, electric vehicles, and automotive electronics where flexible voltage and current combinations are required.

The PHU Series features Advanced Web Server (AWS) functionality for direct browser-based control without requiring software installation, and Adaptive Parallel Connection (APC) capability allowing up to 10 units to be combined for up to 150kW total capacity.
