The 5522A/1GHZ sources and measures direct and alternating voltage and current with multiple waveforms and harmonics, resistance, capacitance, thermocouples, RTDs, and pressure using Fluke 700 Series pressure modules. The integrated 1.1 GHz oscilloscope calibration option extends capabilities for high-frequency applications.
