Overview
The Fluke 5500A-SC is a comprehensive electrical calibrator with integrated oscilloscope calibration capability. It sources direct and alternating voltage and current with multiple waveforms, simulates power with phase control, and can source resistance, capacitance, and temperature signals from thermocouples and RTDs. The integrated oscilloscope calibration function provides level sine wave, fast edge, time mark, and amplitude signals for oscilloscope calibration up to 600 MHz.
