Overview

The Fluke 7109A-156 is a portable temperature calibration bath designed specifically for clean process manufacturing environments. It features a large stainless steel tank with capacity for up to four tri-clamp sanitary sensors simultaneously, making it ideal for pharmaceutical bioreactors, chemical reactors, steam-in-place processes, autoclave sterilization, and food storage and processing applications. The stainless steel construction withstands harsh sterilizing chemicals and is resistant to bacterial growth, making it well-suited for clean room deployment.

With a display accuracy of ±0.1°C and NVLAP accredited calibration, the 7109A-156 achieves excellent 4:1 test uncertainty ratio for critical applications. The portable design, weighing 16 kilograms (35 pounds), features a stationary bail handle for single-handed transport across stairs, catwalks, and challenging locations. Quick heating and cooling capabilities enable efficient calibration workflows and reduce costly production downtime.
