Overview

The Keysight 54754A is a two-channel, 18-GHz TDR/TDT (Time Domain Reflectometry/Transmission) module designed for advanced signal integrity testing. The two channels can operate independently or in tandem to provide differential or common-mode stimulus and response measurements. Each channel functions as a normal oscilloscope vertical system when the TDR/TDT step generators are not active, providing versatile measurement capabilities for high-bandwidth applications.
