Marconi Instruments was a British manufacturer of radio frequency and microwave test & measurement equipment, operating as part of the GEC Marconi group. The company produced a well-regarded line of RF signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and frequency counters that were widely adopted in telecommunications, aerospace & defense, and RF engineering laboratories throughout the latter half of the 20th century.

Marconi Instruments' synthesized RF signal generators, including the 2023 and 2024 series, were recognized for their frequency accuracy, low phase noise, and reliability in demanding measurement environments. The brand was subsequently acquired and integrated into IFR Communications and later Aeroflex, which continued production of compatible RF test equipment. Genuine Marconi instruments remain in service at many facilities and are supported through the secondary market for calibration, repair, and maintenance.
