JDSU (JDS Uniphase) was a leading manufacturer of fiber optic test equipment, optical components, and network test solutions. In 2015, JDSU split into two successor companies: Viavi Solutions, which continued the network test and measurement product lines, and Lumentum, which took over optical components manufacturing.
