The Tektronix AWG7122B is a 2-channel arbitrary waveform generator operating at 12 GS/s, expandable to 24 GS/s using the interleave option. With up to 10-bit vertical resolution and 32M/64M point memory, it supports advanced performance for device characterization, verification, and functional/compliance testing applications.
