The Keysight N4951B is an advanced pattern generator remote head for high-speed serial bit error rate testing. It supports data rates from 4 to 32 Gb/s in a single continuous band and features a single-ended output capable of directly driving laser modulators, making it ideal for coherent optical testing. The remote head design enables placement very close to the device under test, eliminating the need for long cables that degrade signal quality.
