Overview

The N4876A is a 28 Gb/s multiplexer that extends the generator data rate capabilities of Keysight's J-BERT N4903B and ParBERT 81250A instruments up to 28.4 Gb/s. This module enables design and test engineers in semiconductor, communications, storage, and computer industries to accurately characterize next-generation serial interfaces. The device features excellent output performance that minimizes measurement uncertainty while maintaining a compact form factor.
