The Keysight M8051A is a multi-channel bit error rate testing (BERT) module supporting data rates up to 16 Gb/s with integrated pattern generation and analysis. It accommodates up to 10 BERT channels in a 14-slot AXIe chassis, providing comprehensive jitter injection, de-emphasis adjustment, and clock synchronization across all channels. This module is designed for testing complex serial I/O interfaces including PCI Express standards.
